BE ON TIME

Means being at the designated place at the designated time ready to go; A 24 hour notice of cancellation is respectfully requested; The day starts upon arrival at the designated site ready to go; 2-15 minute breaks and 30 minute lunch break is included in the 8.5-hour workday; A Man’s Word is His Bond

Complete EACH JOB 

Give your best to everything you do; You are not paid to rush you are paid to do the job correctly the first time, poor workmanship will be corrected on your own time and at your own expense; Mastery is doing one thing better than anyone else Legacy is being remembered by what you did.

TEAM PLAYER

Don’t take things personally, what happens on the job site is not always about you; There may not be time for the project manager to be polite so get over it, Fast; If everyone else is wrong and you are right you’re not being supportable; Pride has no purpose here Leave your anger and attitude at home; And Having Fun is Acceptable!

HOW TO ACT WITH THE CUSTOMER

Be polite; Be personable, No profanity; Keep everything on a professional level; Be an example to children, they see and hear everything; Be a good LISTENER Technical questions are to be answered by the Project Manager ONLY

YOUR WELL-BEING IS YOUR  RESPONSIBILITY

Give 100% to your designated breaks, eat healthy and keep hydrated; Keep track of your tools and belongings; If you are not feeling well or under the influence, stay home, don’t jeopardize the other men because you need to get in 40 hours; Urine testing will happen; Keep it Simple & honorable;

HONOR
THE SITE

If you move something put it back; If you make a mess clean it up; If you break something notify the project manager; Leave the site better than you found it DAILY; Treat the site as if you were a guest and care deeply about it.

DON’T MAKE ANYTHING UP

Make sure you get and give clear instructions; Do not engage your Ego; If you start a sentence with “I think, Should I, Maybe, I thought, We used to do it like this” your making it up; A mistake is only stupid If the same one happens twice; My phone is always on, call me and I own it; don’t call and you own it.

CHAIN OF COMMAND

Be clear who the project manager and his managers are; The customer is at the top of the chain of command, try to remember this. “In order to be a good leader you must first learn to follow”

DRESS CODE

Look presentable and professional at all times; No ripped or torn clothing; During the summer months T-shirts must be wore at ALL times;

SITE ETIQUETTE

Sexual Harassment is a highly sensitive area; No ogling, whistling, yelling out obscenities , vulgar gestures or salivating while on the work site; Use common sense; Any form of Sexual Harassment will result in immediate termination, NO EXCEPTIONS.
